Edinburgh Park Street Food Market a Sizzling Success

On Tuesday 2nd September, Edinburgh Park hosted its first monthly street food market outside Coppola Boxing Gym, and what a launch it was! With sunshine overhead and a hungry crowd ready to explore new flavours, the event was a vibrant celebration of local food and community. Here’s what was cooking: Ember, serving up delicious pizza dough sandwiches alongside an open charcoal grill offering premium burgers. Sausages on Tour, bringing gourmet sausages with global flair and Greek Food Truck, dishing out Mediterranean favourites. It was great to see so many of the Edinburgh Park Community there. We’re already planning the next monthly market, which will be held on Tuesday 7th October... with sweet treats and hot drinks coming soon to warm up the autumn chill.
