The best way to request the refundable deposit for your fob is in person by visiting the management suite office at:

4 Lochside Place, EH12 9DF

Between the hours of 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday only.

You must be the registered holder, as the deposit can not be paid to anyone else.

Changes being made internally as to how deposits are processed, will mean that all deposit refunds will be paid in cash, rather than the previous method of cheque.
