From Monday 12 January 2026, all fob application payments must be made by card at the Management Suite when collecting your fob.  The application charge is £20, which is a refundable deposit returned when the fob is handed back in accordance with the T&Cs. Cash and cheque payments will no longer be accepted. Please retain the T&Cs provided with the application form, along with a copy of your completed application, for your records.

If you lose your fob, please contact Edinburgh Park Management Ltd as soon as possible. Because the fob itself acts as the deposit, a lost fob means the deposit is forfeited, and a replacement will cost £20. If the original fob is later found after a replacement has been issued, it must be returned, and you may apply to have the deposit for the found fob refunded by completing the appropriate form.

To be eligible for a fob, you must be permanently based within the boundaries of Edinburgh Park. All fobs/tags must be returned if you leave Edinburgh Park or no longer require them, without exception.

For car sharing, all participants must be employees of companies located within Edinburgh Park. Car shares must arrive in a single vehicle. No additional vehicles may enter on the same day using the same fob, nor may any vehicle enter without using the fob.‍
