Energized to party? Energize Gym are holding a summer party!

Mark your calendars, Sunday 13th July 11am-4pm Energize is hosting a Summer Party! This is their biggest event of the year and you do not want to miss these workshops! Opening the event is none other than Commonwealth Gold Medallist Steve Frew! Steve will be conducting a Gold Medal Masterclass/Bodyweight Fitness Session There will also be the following workshops: Pilates, Bootcamp Hyrox Hybrid, Finding The Stillness Within and a workshop from Gary Young, Founder of The Mindful Enterprise. Paula Lee will be providing massage services in the gym throughout the event (massages will be paused during Paula’s workshop), £10 for 10 minutes or £20 for 20 minutes! Work hard and treat yourself kindly. Not a member yet? No problem! Tickets for non members are £3.41 (including Eventbrite fees).
