Spring has sprung at Edinburgh Park

Spring is an extra special time of year for Edinburgh Park. The park becomes a frame of vivid greens with life springing into action. Take a lunch time walk to see the resident moorhen and some of her young chicks, she has had eight in total. There is also a heron that can be seen watching over the water at Edinburgh Park, steady as statue. The park is bursting with new life at the moment from frogs to ducklings there is always something to see whilst walking around the lochans. Bring the family over the May halfterm for a wildlife treasure hunt and see how many different animal babies they can spot!
